“Very nice home for large groups or families. Having three legit master bedrooms was a very nice touch. Kitchen was well stocked with pans and kitchen gadgets. Hot tub and bbq worked great. Two minor critiques: the downstairs to upstairs is a loft-type design so noise carries, and pool access was in the listing but not actually available for short term guests according to the pool staff. Even if there is a work-around for the pool passes, the pool/resort fee is 24/person - not viable for a large……

“I love Truckee and this property was perfect for my 2 week stay. Really comfy beds, plenty of towels, close to everything and passes to the beach. Most of the time I was alone and I felt super safe. Plenty of dishes for when family comes to visi. I had a great time. ”

Great kitchen that was fully stocked - bring food and you should have all the tools to make it. Movie Theater seating and ease of using said movie theater (we just brought a laptop). “It’s hard to find a comfy house that allows dogs, so we are glad we found this one! The house is HUGE. 3 floors so if you don’t do stairs well maybe re think this house. We didn’t mind the stairs at all. The house was super warm when we used the central heater and they provide a space heater for every room. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots and pans you could want. Everything in the kitchen works super well. Could use. A bit more silverware. Overall the stay was great and we’d stay……
