“We had a very pleasant stay. Everything was clean and tidy, and very well-stocked for a young family. ”

“The property was nice for sure and very comfortable. Pros, back looks out to a very peaceful meadow with trees so you really feel like you’re in the mountains. Cons, a little maintenance was needed as the patio table was broken and the bbq was locked up so wasn’t able to use the first night. Easily fixed though. Overall we enjoyed the property. ”

“Several girlfriends and I had a lovely stay. It was perfect for our group of 8 in the house. Nearly everyone has their own bed. The great room downstairs was perfect for eating together and all sitting on the sofa for chats. Will certainly consider this house again when in North Tahoe. ”

“Overall I would describe this property as ok...didn't exceed or overly disappoint. Was some cleanliness issues like spider webs inside in multiple places leading to a spider dropping from the vaulted ceiling onto my mother's head. Which most in the group found funny but she didn't. The beds weren't as comfortable as I would expect from a premium location. 3 of the 4 bedrooms are below grade which caused cool evenings/ mornings in spring months. We were not able to find extra blankets or bedding……

“The location was convenient for shops and beaches, but the orientation of the home during the warm season was such that the patios were quite hot in the evenings when we returned from the lake. There is a strict rule to not be outside past 9pm, when the patio and lights were lovely. The cottage was well appointed and clean. The couch and beds were comfortable. “We booked this fairly last minute for our family of 4 and dog. The property is spacious and has 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 1 bedroom with twin beds in the attic. The home has an old cabin feel and had stains on the carpet. Kitchen was quite usable and well stocked. On the downside, the driveway into the property is steep and was hard to get in and out of with the snow and ice. “The view here is incredible. Loved the house and the master bedroom was great. Great location for beach or hiking. The only advice i would give is that it's a bit difficult parking in the garage with a larger suv (Acadia). And for older or guests in poor health, there are a lot of stairs. But that view is worth it! We had a wonderful time here.”

“Three generation family vacation enjoyed the this house. Great location to get away from the hustle of town, but close enough to be only a short 10 minute drive to the gondola for skiing. Hot tub was a nice way to relax after a day of skiing. Having laundry accessible was nice for being able to pack lighter. Owner was very responsive when we requested more towels so we didn’t have to wash them every evening after using them for the hot tub. Small things could use a bit of attention- house……

“The cabin is 4 bedrooms and compact. Space is used creatively and the cabin accommodated our group perfectly. Easy access to Kings Beach, Tahoe City, mini golf and trails. Owner was responsive and easy to chat with. I would definitely recommend this cabin. The kids loved the karaoke machine and we loved relaxing on the deck with the windows and doors closed so we didn't have to listen!”
