“Great location , great service and very helpfull”

“Likes: The hotel is fun enough for your holiday , there’s a room for music performance at night, the beach is really nice and very beautiful too , so many choices of food , about 5 restaurants, I booked the hotel cus it’s all inclusive so I don’t have to stress for food but I didn’t know it covers all the restaurants, exceeded my expectations for food, you can eat in any of the restaurants free, which makes it perfect . Dislikes: The hotel doesn’t have enough facilities for users , the sockets……

“Family of four with two adults and two children under 8. The location on the beach front was stunning. The beach and promenade was very pleasant and felt reay safe. The hotel itself is immaculate and the staff team are fantastic in every aspect of the hotel. There is a very relaxed vibe. The family room was very large and impressive. We had a pool view and were very close to the heart of the hotel which meant there was some noise from the evening entertainment, which may disturb smaller……

“Generally really good value for money, lovely room, fantastic and cheap for what you get buffet,(lunch and dinner). Only issue was reception could be quite slow, and also despite arriving about hour and a half after the earliest check in room was still not ready for half an hour.”

“Wir würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen und auch wieder buchen. Das Zimmer war sauber und Top ausgestattet, wunderbare Sicht aufs Meer. Die Anlage war gepflegt und sauber. Die Mitarbeitenden an der Reception waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Frühstücksmitarbeiter waren wohl nicht immer motiviert und manchmal hat man dies als Gast auch gespürt oder beobachten können. Das Essen im Hauptrestaurant war gut und abwechslungsreich, man konnte immer was finden. In den drei Themen Restaurant war das……

“This is a perfect place to spend a few days relaxing if thats your thing - and it is mine. The rooms are incredible (we had a junior suite and I was really impressed) the ambience of the public spaces is warm, friendly and convivial and the staff are stellar -particular shout out to Rida in the restaurant who hit the balance being professional and attentive at all times and personal and warm when the opportunity arose. It was particularly amusing to find some of the most beautiful and friendly……

“Everyone was friendly, helpful and welcoming. The front desk staff, especially Hicham was very accommodating and Salah on the F&B side was EXCEPTIONAL.
