“The sanitation is very bad. On our first day, there were stains on the quilt and we obviously didn't change our sweaters. There were only two bath towels for four of us and there was hair in the water tank of the coffee machine. The hotel is next to the road and it is very noisy. We had to ask to change rooms. When we moved to the new room, a terrible scene happened. The bathroom sink was full of dirt, which was very disgusting. The sanitation of this hotel is very bad. This hotel has no staff……
