“Our family, spanning three generations, had an absolutely perfect stay at this lake house! It was the ideal setting for creating memories together at the lake. The house is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The game area downstairs was a huge hit, keeping both kids and adults entertained for hours.The abundance of seating made it easy for our group to gather for meals, conversations, or just to enjoy the lake views. Everything was spotlessly……

“We had a fantastic stay at this property! Everything was great—from the clean and well-maintained house to the excellent communication with the host. We were a group of six, and the home offered plenty of space for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable.The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, with friendly neighbors and even some surprise visits from local wildlife—we spotted deer, a chipmunk, and a variety of birds, which was a treat!The location was also perfect. “Hampton Hill Estate was a spectacular place for our family reunion! It was beautiful everywhere we turned and it was very well appointed and equipped to house our group of 22. The pictures simply do not do it justice. Just gorgeous! The beds are comfortable. There were plenty of dishes to cook and to serve everyone. The yellow carriage house was too far to walk to sleep in and much older than the main house or garage apartment, but it was perfect for the young adults of our group to drive up to……

“Our 1st time on Lake Lanier and this home was ideal for all of our needs to maximize our stay. The views are amazing and everyone enjoyed swimming from the dock. We rented a pontoon boat and being able to tie up at the dock was a huge plus for convenience. Beautiful home with hardwood floors and everything we needed to accommodate our group of 15. The owners are terrific, quickly responding to all our questions. I can highly recommend this home and the folks who own it. Thanks for helping us……

“David was a fantastic host! He was very responsive about the questions that we had and even let us borrow a couple more kayaks to use on the lake! The dock is awesome, the kitchen has lots of utensils, the fire pit outside is the place to be if you looking up at the stars! We ended each night in the theatre room which was a great way to end each day. Thank you David for making our guys’ weekend such a success!”
