“If you need space for alot of guests, this property is ideal. Not only inside, but beautiful grounds, garage, well equipped fire pits, boathouse with many toys, large dock for boats/pontoon.Clear water for swimming, and easy walk from house to beautiful Big Portage lake.My favorite place was the catwalk to a private space over looking the lake. So peaceful.The home is a work of art. Many of the owners personal treasures you'll most likely will never see again. There's a boardroom, ice cream……

“We had a three day stay in Phelps. Really nice lakefront home on a gorgeous lake. The house is quite close to several other homes and piers, but none were occupied during our stay. Beautiful lakefront, nice pier, great fire pit. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of quality towels and linens. If you're coming with plans to cook, be sure to bring your own kitchen basics like S/P and cooking oil as there were no staples in the house. The house has a standby generator which was a real plus as the area……

“Great place to stay! The garage would be really nice to use in the winter snowmobiling or working on anything really. It was nice to have dry wood available to have a bonfire. The house was very clean and neat with plenty of room to park a truck and trailer. Only thing you need to be aware of is that it is on the highway and you cannot legally ride a SxS the 1/8th of a mile to the trail per the county sheriff. We trailered to the co-op 1/4 mile down the road which was easy enough. Lots of people……
