“This property was one of the few properties that look exactly like the pictures. Everything was nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay and will look to book this property again when we return in a couple of months.”

“Kids were in a volleyball tourney nearby. No hotels in the area so we decided to look into a house. It was more affordable and more comfortable. Thank you”

“The communication with the property management team was terrible. The pool table was rickety and placed improperly so you could not use it. The ball game was broken. The treadmill was broken. The TVs did not work and you could not access internet at the house. The toilet seats were loose and I almost fell off of the toilet. The toilet in the lower main level was broken. The pool was so cold you could not even swim in it. There was a poor guy there when we got there so we could not go explore the……

“酒店各方面都还不错，但是赶上停车场正在施工，没有提供足够的停车位，以至于回到酒店没有地方放车，与酒店人员沟通也不太顺畅，酒店的人不管。最后只能把车放在了不是停车位的地方。我觉得既然停车场施工酒店的工作人员应该批出其他地方供旅客停车。以减少不便。”
