“I booked 2 nights with my parents and grandparents at the island girl getaway. It was possibly the best beach experience I’ve had yet. Tangier is an incredible island rich with history and certainly worth a visit. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and the caretaker, Andy was very helpful and kind. We happened to come to the island when the tides were unusually high occasionally throughout the day, yet I would note that our house seemed to be the only one which had no water near it……

The home was recently beautiful renovated and decorated, with pretty much every need met for in home meal preparation. I guarantee you will not need much else! “We loved UpYonda! Erin and Mark are so nice and easy to communicate with. The home is beautiful and there really is everything you need there. The suite upstairs is beautiful and huge!! The view of the water is amazing and the wildlife was stunning. We saw a fox, Blue Heron and got video of an Otter rolling around in the snow on the dock! The stargazing is fantastic and we made a snowman. We loved it. ”
