“I loved the charm of the old building. Breakfast was included and was very good. The famous Lukmaan restaurant is right around the corner. There is a mosque across the alley, so you will hear the call to prayer unless you’re a heavy sleeper. There is also street noise but it usually gets quieter the later it gets. There is no parking. Make sure the taxi driver points out the building because it’s very nondescript. Overall a great place to stay. ”

“Owner of this hotel Sebastian and his wife goes far and beyond our expectation. We’re friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was awesome every day and air conditioning was superb… beach is 1 min walk and location has a lot of good restaurant. We highly recommend this place for couple and families. We had room for 4 and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Sebastian organized for us transport from airport when we arrived . He also organized tour which was reasonably priced and time wise very well……

“Camere spaziose con arredamento molto semplice. Nelle nuove camere non c'è ancora la cassaforte, ma c'è la possibilità di usare quelle nella reception. Colazione buona e personale disponibile ed attento”

“AC did not work and they couldn’t fix it. The water pressure was also extremely low which made it hard to shower and even flush the toilet. There was an awesome guy working 24/7 who was trying to solve all problems. Thumbs up to him. ”

“Three staff is very accommodating, and kind. There's a nice feeling they all know you and are trying to really help. We were there 4 days and it felt like we are a little community. The rooms are comfortable, clean, hot water and good internet connection. The breakfasts are very nice. I recommend to organize all your tours through the hotel, it's easy and very reasonable prices, and you know it's all taken care of. So a lot less stressful. “I can't say enough good things about Kaswende Farm. The owner was the most remarkable host I've ever met. He arranged for a pick-up for me and treated me like family on my arrival. It was my first day in Tanzania and in fact in Africa, and he did a remarkable job at getting me up to speed with what to be aware of while travelling through the country.
