“The hotel was beautiful from the Orange Blossom scent as you opened the doors to the wonderful rooftop patio and pool. The room was beyond expectations, I could have stayed in it for the whole stay. “Everything was perfect at the Halo Boutique Hotel from check in the check out. Carlos was a big help organizing transportation from the airport, answering many questions upon check in and then organizing transportation back to the airport. The hotel was very comfortable with comfy rooms and beds. Rooftop pool was amazing with a view of the cathedral. I'd stay here again for sure!”

"the room card didnt work when i got back to hotel. i can only get back to the lobby and find the staff. moreover, the wood tables are dirty and full of dust. I dont know why the staff didnt clean the room. i found that the new towels given by the staff are wet when i got back to hotel at 2100. "
