“the room card didnt work when i got back to hotel. i can only get back to the lobby and find the staff. moreover, the wood tables are dirty and full of dust. I dont know why the staff didnt clean the room. i found that the new towels given by the staff are wet when i got back to hotel at 2100. ”

“The room is clean but outdated. The slamming of doors a bit annoying. But the staff of level team work efficiently and whole -heartedly for arranging private transfer for my visit though my plan changes later. The hotel just within 5 min walk to Plaza de Espana is perfect.”

“Location was a little hard to locate at first but once located it was a smooth stay. We were there during power outage, once staff was located they were very friendly and accommodating. ”
