“The gentleman that staffed the breakfast was so personable and nice. All the front in staff was cheery and helpful. The housekeepers always looked up and said hello. When I got to my room the fridge knob was missing and not cold. Maintenance came up within 30 minutes and fixed it and was so nice about it. The food was good and the workout facility was ok along with the pool. Bits and pieces were run down but overall the comfort was good and the room was nice. The laundry room could be vented……
“The family LOVED the pool! Very family oriented and just what we were looking for. The food at Lochness pool was exceptional. The best quesadilla and macaroni and cheese we’ve ever eating. The drinks were top notch too. The room was great but we didn’t like that there is no mini fridge. We had to rent one. ”

“Location was clean and felt safe, parking was easy. Bed was comfortable and offered many pillows to fit your preference. Breakfast was simple but good and got the job done. Swimming pool was very small. There are several decent food options nearby.”
