“The worst hotel I ever stayed in my life. Below are the issues that I have experience during my stay from 15th to 17th December 2018. “This place was great. Very spacious and centrally located. We LOVED the rooftop infinity pool with the killer view. It would have been a perfect check in, had we received clear check in instructions a few days prior to our visit. Luckily, I got a Malaysian sim card so was able to get a call the local number to get a hold of someone to come into the residential building and help get us "checked in", since the concierge at the building can't help.”

“Rooftop pool and gym were nice. Good location to go to nearby mall and grocery. City mall has big and cheaper price grocery. Also the mall have many restaurants and bakeries inside. 15 min walk to the Petronas towers. Room air was not good due to smoking, so the staff showed other two rooms, but still not good. Another problem is bedding and towels are so old and need to upgrade. Room cleaning staff were very helpful and did really good works to solve issues.”
