Sauberkeit sehr gut, Kommunikation durch Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort, aber auch mit Eigentümer direkt problemlos. Lage vorteilhaft, da immer freie Parkplätze vor dem Haus und nur kurzer Fußweg in die Altstadt. Terrasse sehr schön groß, wenn auch mit Blick zum Innenhof, aber morgens zum Frühstück sitzt man in der Sonne (im März war es noch nicht so warm und sehr angenehm).”

“Great property: modern, well furnished and well located for all of Tavira’s amenities. Olga was very helpful and apartment was nice and clean. Welcome package was a nice touch. One suggestion: the bathroom needs a cabinet for toiletries etc. Also the TV didn’t work! We didn’t use the pool - it was too cool!”

“Very handy for centre of town. Lots of eating establishments in the area. Clean and well equipped, although 'compact & bijou'. Maria was very helpful with everything, gave us invaluable advice. Good communication with owners. Note that car parking is VERY restricted near the property but large open air car park 10 minutes away (low cost). No outdoor area but a couple of small 'parks' on the sea-front a few minutes away (on foot) to 'watch the world go by'”

“We stayed near end of season, atmosphere in the resort was rather tranquil, which we liked. Apartments and public areas are a little worn, but spacey and well-equipped. We even got an upgrade to a suite with a third bedroom (which we did not need as a family of 3, but overall we enjoyed the extra space). For wifi in the room we needed to rent a router, but the price of 1 Euro per day is moderate and quality was perfect. Access to the (public) beach is by a 1500m walk, but there is a small train……
