“This property is a gem, everything is excellent. From the easy checkin, to the comfortable and very quiet rooms, great breakfast and a host that is very nice and provides excellent suggestions to the local highlights. Quinta do Caracol is excellent, can’t wait to go back. Thank YOU Margarida, you have a fantastic place.”

“The drawback is if it’s rainy day, you won’t have much hot water for shower. The first night when we arrived at hotel was a rainy day so we barely had a hot shower. The host was super nice and will offer free breakfast. ”

“Wonderful spot to relax and very close to everything for exploring including the Faro train station. The only thing is the owner acts like paying guest are an inconvenience and anytime you ask for anything he is quite irritated. ”

“As a solo female traveler, I take feeling safe very seriously and during my stay at Leevin Guesthouse, I felt very safe and secure. I was using the train to get to/from Faro and this guesthouse is perfect for train, bus and air travel, across the road from the train station and a 5 minute walk from the bus terminal, 10 mins from the ferry terminal. I was checked in by a lovely young man from Brazil, I apologize for not getting his name, he was friendly and very efficient showing me my room and……
