“Nice, a bit cooler being in the basement with no way to control heat except for space heaters which we had to use regularly to bring temperature above 62.Many steps into basement(13) so would not recommend if you can’t do stairs well,door opens into steps which is awkward too.Furniture and bed was very comfortable.Kitchen was well equipped also.”

“Great place if you are not spending much time here. We spent the weekend at a music festival, and for these purposes it was great, but there are children and dogs that are quite loud most of the time. The communication with the renters was great, and the place accomplished our needs, but I wish there were some indication of the situation at hand. Bummer not being able to nap/sleep a ton on vacation. Regardless, we appreciated staying here. ”

“This was just perfect for my visit. The apartment is very clean and stocked with everything I needed. Having an on-site, washer and dryer was very helpful. I had no problem with street parking. It was a nice neighborhood, good for my morning walks. Very convenient too a nearby grocery store. I saw that another reviewer mentioned that the bed could use a new mattress and I would agree with that, although I did sleep well while I was there. The skylight was nice, but I would recommend a sleep mask……

“Enjoyed our stay. Bed was very comfortable, but couch/futon very firm and low. Shared laundry conveniently included detergent and softener. Suggest having dish drying rack in kitchen.”

“I booked the weekend at this house with a few friends for my bachelorette weekend! It is exactly as pictured and was perfect for our little weekend girls trip!”

“Overall this rental property was very accommodating. Lots of rooms, beds were comfortable, open floor plan, AC kept the house nice and cold, hot water for showers stayed hot while lots of showers were being taken. Master bathroom/shower was on the small side but is to be expected for an older updated home. Inside of home is updated and looks much nicer than the outside so don’t let that make your decision. Lots of parking on the property. Close to a movie theater, and shopping areas. Would stay……

“Checking in was easy once I re-read the directions given by the host. The home is close to shopping & a short drive from Lagoon (about 25 minutes). House was well stocked, clean & super cute.”
