“Overall hotel was great, from staff to the amenities.... However, our beds on the 6th floor were horrible... The mattresses had a dip right on the center. ”

“No complaints about the main traffic areas of the property! Clean and well maintained. Breakfast was great everyday! Staff were mostly kind and approachable. Housekeeping and breakfast staff were really kind and helpful. There were a few staff that were more interested in interacting with each other than to even acknowledge customers but that was only a handful. The rooms on the property need some updates potentially brightening up the rooms would enhance the look of cleanliness. I would……

“We were a bit leary about staying at a small independent hotel but were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the rooms. I’m not sure but it looks like rooms were very recently renovated. The owners/ manager couple were very nice and accommodating. We will more than likely to stay there on a future trip to Norfolk. ”
