“Celebrating Mom’s 90th birthday. She lives on Richland-Chambers Lake. Her house is small and I wanted a second location to host my family. The property is beautiful and private. The main living area is open with plenty of space for gathering and dining. Kitchen is well equipped. Large deck off living space. Large bunk room and game room downstairs as well. Upstairs bedrooms were nice with King size beds. My family members are 30 but this would be a great place for younger kids, especially teens……

“House was exactly as it stated it was. Clean well stocked home! Boat dock was well maintain with lots of water vessels for the kids to play on! Game room in garage was well kept with basketball throw, shuffle board, foosball table and other items for all ages! Neighbors were quiet and respectful of us being there! ”

“We cannot say enough about how perfect The Lakehouse was for us. We had a group of Lady Anglers at Lake Limestone for a Women’s Bass Tour Tournament. The house was perfectly located near the marina, had enough space for the eight of us, the back porch was delightful, and the dock was amazing. We even had enough parking for four trucks with boats. We highly recommend this place. ”

“Upon Friday arrival, entered gate and the brick walk to the front door was covered in sand and dirt. To the left of the front door on the porch sat a styrofoam cooler, lid to the side and a bag of garbage in it. Inside the house seemed reasonably clean but by the time we visited each room we had killed two scorpions. Out back by the lakeside the nice grass that is portrayed in the listing appears to have not been mowed this year and had sticker burrs growing closer to the house. On the back……
