“Me and my family arrived on Wednesday afternoon to the 7Js Waco Western Club. My children immediately fell in love with the environment Due to the weather we were unable to use the pool but it looked great. We were able to take a dip in the hot tub and it was so refreshing. The next morning we were able to feed the owners cattle from behind the gate This was very memorable for me and my family as we don’t have the ability to do anything like this in the city. “Overall a very nice little place. It is right in front and beside houses so it’s not as secluded as it seems online. It states that it sleeps 3, a queen bed and a futon, however unless it’s a kid that is your 3rd guest, I’d not recommend this place as the futon is small. Everything else was great and they thought of lots of small details. ”

“We rented the boathouse for our family for my daughter’s graduation from Baylor. It was perfect because it’s close enough to Waco but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Our family enjoys fishing and camping, so this location was perfect!! There are so many things to do at the ranch, everyone was entertained all weekend. The staff was so helpful and friendly!”

“Upon Friday arrival, entered gate and the brick walk to the front door was covered in sand and dirt. To the left of the front door on the porch sat a styrofoam cooler, lid to the side and a bag of garbage in it. Inside the house seemed reasonably clean but by the time we visited each room we had killed two scorpions. Out back by the lakeside the nice grass that is portrayed in the listing appears to have not been mowed this year and had sticker burrs growing closer to the house. On the back……
