“BUYER BEWARE. I prepaid, in full, for my stay. Upon entering the room, I noticed a strong sewage smell coming out of the bathroom. It was unbearable. I asked for another room, and the receptionist told me there were no other rooms available. I asked them to take a look. Upon entering the room, they smelled it straight away, apologized, then turned on the sink, shower, and bidet, and asked me to leave the water running for 15 minutes. I opened the windows and waited. “A very nice stay. We were only in Milan for one night so we didn’t have time for a full exploration of the area, but the room was clean and quiet, private bathroom. Lots of security to get into the building, apartment, and room, so certainly safe. Nice bathroom. Perfect for our one night stay.”
