“The room is big, clean and well-equipped. The tiny garden just outside breakfast area is beautiful and peaceful. Breakfast is simple but fresh. Staff are nice and helpful on giving information and advice, e.g. Elena is hard-working and problem-solving. Manuela cooks for guests' breakfast. Paolo drove me to the train station when he saw my big luggage and knew that my backbond suffered from pain. This hotel is not in the very center of Lucca but still convenient enough, as the old town which is……

“Couldn’t have been better. It was such an amazing building in a wonderful central location. The communal lounge was traditionally decorated and so relaxing. The room was large and relaxing with top quality furnishings, super large comfy bed. Bathroom was great with a nice strong shower. Our host was enthusiastic, friendly and very helpful. We took his advice and went to the Puccini theatre performance and museum. We hope to visit again. Lucca is fabulous and not to be missed.”
