“Breakfast and customer service were the best we have had in a while. We had a party of 25 and the hotel was very accommodating to our needs, always greeted us by name. The spa and the transportation were really good as well. The Unicentro mall is a street away and very convenient to walk to everyday. I highly recommend this hotel. ”

I really think there should be a microwave in every room. I don’t like the idea of having to go downstairs to warm things up or use the kitchen and then having to wash things. Other than that, the place is great, I will come back and recommend for sure! ”

“The hotel is quite new and the staff is very helpful. The standard room is not very spacious but u won't be in the room for the most of the time anyway. The location is fine. Not so far from the commercial area (99-100 st.) but during rush hours, it'll take almost 1 hr to get there. So u can imagine the traffic in Bogota... The only thing i'd like to remind here is if u book the pick-up service to the airport, make sure the car will be on time no matter how bad the weather is. Or you can book……
“Very disgusting experience, they let their Friday night party last until 1am. Understand it’s a pet friendly hotel but someone took 4 barking dogs which was quite annoying. In summary it’s a hotel that can disturb your rest in day and night.”
