Special mention for Peni , a trainee, who went out of her way to help me. Also Sheira . Both ladies are a real asset to the Hotel . “I like the beautiful view in the resort, it makes me feel very relaxing. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Though there is no AC, it's still cool at night. Buffet breakfast is fair. One improvement is that not many facilities inside the resort, only spa and swimming pool. I would suggest to have some ball games courts and gym room. Overall, a nice place to enjoy vacation here.”

“I stayed here for 1 night in Family Room because this hotel near from Asiop Football Field which my child had football competition on the next day. I was quite shocked that they charged breakfast fee to my 6 years old child (half price). I found this not usual, since i never got charged for breakfast of child under 7 years old. My older child (8 years old) is also got charged half price, but i was fine because other hotels some charged and other didnt charge. I only spent around 10 minutes……

“Good enough hotel. The food was not very interesting and I got food poisoning on 2 occasions. Roast chicken at the Rooftop Café was good and safe. Not much to do nearby. Lovely people.”

“Modern hotel and very clean. Unfortunately service is very poor. Had to wait 1 hour in the restaurant for our food even though it was almost empty. Also, the level of English speaking is not great so it’s hard to communicate as a foreigner. Did laundry service which took much longer to get back then what was communicated. ”

“The hotel offers reasonable value for money, but could be fantastic given its heritage. It looks like it could do with refurbishment (last done 25 years ago?) We chose to stay here as my parents had stayed there 70 years ago. Breakfast in the restaurant were very good with a strong local flavour. unfortunately it does not open in the evening leaving only the small cafe in the atrium area. We did not use the small pool. ”
