“We traveled with our 20-something kids and their partners - 13 total in our group. The house and grounds were perfect - plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms, spacious and varied common areas (where people could be together or find some quiet areas), a well-stocked kitchen (and big bbq), outside game tables, a pool with pool toys, and of course right on the beach with kayaks, SUPs, boogie boards, etc. We had a blast. We stayed for one week and truly enjoyed host's hospitality. Kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary kitchenware and utensils for breakfasts at home, although there are great coffee shops just 5 min away as well.
