“Perfect for a few nights stay. I was alone but 2 guests would work as well. Communication was excellent. It was very quiet the whole time I was there. The high speed internet allowed me to get my work done for school easily. Check in and check out were seamless. The power unfortunately went out for about half a day but it stormed during the middle of the night and the whole neighborhood was out for a little while. Everything exceeded my expectations. Would definitely stay here again. The price……

The house has been recently renovated with state of the art amenities and is kept in immaculate condition. I can honestly say that you will not be able to find a better place to stay but I secretly hope it doesn’t become too popular because I hope to stay there for my next visit to Temple Terrance.”

“We traveled to Tampa to see a show and spend some time with my elderly mom. This property great! The bedrooms are situated so that you can have privacy, but the common areas are spacious. We enjoyed breakfast on the screened porch. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is convenient. My communication with the host was outstanding. I’d definitely stay here again!”
