“Wonderful property. Huge, beautifully decorated (with antiques and oil paintings). Bedrooms separated from living areas. Manicured tropical garden with aviary. Swimming pool well sheltered from wind and delightful outdoor kitchen.”

“Superb house situated perfectly for touring all of the island. Candelaria is a lovely non touristy spot. House had everything we needed and Rafa was a great host. You definitely need a car although there is a bus stop very close by and we used the bus one evening. ”

“Wir haben uns in der großzügigen Villa sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr gut in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet in moderater Entfernung zum Zentrum von Puerto de la Cruz. Ein Supermarkt und diverse Restaurants sind nah gelegen. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Der kleine gut beheizte Pool war ausreichend. Lediglich die Anzahl der Sonnenliegen war mit 2 Stück bei der Hausgröße zu gering. Die Ausstattung von der Küche bis zu den Poolhandtüchern war sehr gut. Trotz verspäteter Ankunft ein sehr……

“My wife & I along with our 2 older kids (27 & 26) and a family friend stayed in this nice Orotava home for a week. The hosts Hilary& Andrew were extremely friendly and helpful with questions and recommendations throughout our planning process and stay. They even gave us a wonderful welcome basket of food and drinks which was a nice unexpected extra! The home is located within walking distance of town as well as 2 guachinches which are a "must do" food and wine experience while in Tenerife. ……

“Lovely location 5 minutes walk from two restaurants, a 20 minutes walk from the village of Garachico. Supermarket was a 2 minute drive away. The property was modern and clean with a small pool. An ideal base for exploring the island. The main living area had panoramic views of the coast and the Atlantic. On street parking was no problem.”

“Uns hat der Aufenthalt gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr rustikal, eingerichtet, wer Luxus erwartet wird enttäuscht sein. Große Menschen können gerade im Bad etwas Probleme haben. Aber dafür hat es einen tollen Charme und ausreichend Platz. An Regentagen kann es etwas kühl werden.”

“Die inserierten Fotos entsprechen dem Neuzustand, sind jedoch nicht mehr dem aktuellen Stand. Die Lage war aber hervorragend. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber sehr gut, Problemlos, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Preis leistung war angemessen.”
