“Even the apartment is old but clean . The reception lady is very friendly. (1) the washing machine need to be cleaned up after the guests check out each time . (2) the oven is better to have a clear label so the guests know how to use ! ”

“Firstly, the check-in experience was very bad, the pictures didn't match the actual room and the room smelled strongly of bad perfume; secondly, my deposit still hasn't been refunded from the time I ended my order; thirdly, I paid for two days' parking but I wasn't refunded for the second day's parking. I booked a total of two days but on the first day of my stay I asked the front desk for a refund for the second day. The receptionist that night was for a lady and she was very nice in resolving……
