“Spent 9 days in St. Andrews, and couldn't be happier with the flat we found on VRBO. Easy in/out, on-site parking, 15 minute walk into town, super comfy and well equipped. The welcome basket with local goodies was a nice touch. Would definitely stay there again, and highly recommend. ”

“The property is based on the side street within a quiet estate and a short walk down to the waterfront. The house interior is well presented, modern and is exactly as you can see it in the photos. “We stayed here for my sisters 50th and loved every minute of it. The view from the garden was out of this world, it made the break. The cottage was cosy and whilst some of the decor wasn’t perfect the description was accurate and as described. We will be back, the view was outstanding and lovely wee pubs in walking distance too. “No. 1 Apartments are the gold standard in St. Andrews. I’d previously stayed in apartments for a larger group, but this was my first stay in an apartment for 1-2 occupants. I loved the room—it was roomy with plenty of space for suitcases, to put my clothes away, etc. Although there was no kitchen, there are enough takeaway breakfast places in the vicinity that I didn’t mind and the Nespresso machine was a plus.”

“The apt was well situated for comfort and easy access to all of St Andrew’s. With 2 locations in town they have a lot of options for single and group travel. I really liked the premium feel to the apartments and was well taken care of in communication with their staff when I had questions during and the option to leave my. Ava before my trip home was very welcome. Thank you!”
