“I was thoroughly impressed with the service, my room, and the staff there was thoughtful, very kind, and especially helpful. The only concern I had was with the missing light switch plate in my room (327) in my bathroom. However, it was to be expected as they were going through some renovations, although, I'm unsure if it may have extended throughout the whole of the hotel, or if it was just only regulated to the front where the their café was being rebuilt. Regardless, I enjoyed my weekend……

“I like the hotel but the lighting is terrible. The hallways to the rooms are lit up like a hospital and the rooms aren’t much different. Hotels are supposed to be relaxing not make you feel like you’re being blinded. ”

“This property is clean and in a quiet location. The room was comfortable as well as the bed. There was a nice variety of channels and the bathroom and shower was clean.”

“My stay was good. The check in & out was quick and simple. The staff was nice and helpful. I stayed a couple of days and found out after each day you have to get your key card reactivated. ”

“The stay went great, except the big issue that there were two very bad pillows for two people, and the front desk says that they had no extra pillows - there's a pillow shortage, somehow, and they haven't had extra pillows for months. So my sleep was terrible, and ruined the stay. ”
