“This hotel is under renovation. The outside area is a complete mess with construction items, cigarette butts trash and dead roaches. The room was dirty with badly stained carpet, fake nails on the floor, hair in the bathtub and dead roaches in the corners. The bathtub did not drain, the hot/cold knob was on backwards and there was black mold on the shower curtain. The TV also did not work. We had stayed here when it was Beachcombers and it was nowhere this bad. The ladies at the front deck were……

“I am just reviewing the first part of our stay which has been a month, but it has been excellent! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and Rebecca baked my daughter a wonderful huge birthday cookie and they sang happy birthday to her which has never happened anywhere that we’ve stayed before.
