“The property has perfect access to the beach! We had a great visit for my son's 13th birthday celebration with his friends. They stayed in the bunkroom upstairs which was perfect! The grounds ("yard") were a bit rough, but hurricane Beryl had a lot to do with that I'm sure. We didn't use the yard and were there for the beach so it was fine. The house is well kept and clean, but the front door could use some work. The extra fridge is a bonus! The place was just what we needed!”

“Very inviting and clean. Downstairs needs work and trash can pick up. It was full and smelly when we arrived.”

“The house was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed in the kitchen area. We booked the house for 5 days annd there were 5 guests and was only given 2 tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner and one trash bag. So we had to go and buy shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap, trash bags and dishwasher detergent. Other then that our stay was amazing.”

“My husband had to work in Galveston and this was perfect for him. It was only a 5 minute drive to the office. I tagged along. Place was well kept and clean. Walls are thin but it is an old home and you can hear everything outside. The evenings were pretty much quite though you could hear a dog barking nearby and construction across the street by 8 o'clock a.m. They're building a new high school. I was able to sleep in a little on Sunday since there was no construction and the dog didn't……

“Rooms are large, close to everything but the dishwasher doesn't work and smells horrible, the coffee pots don't work, someone had a dog in there and the carpets have stains all over them and you can see light in the master bath tub because the pipe goes outside and drains on the ground. Such a nice house but these things really need to be addressed. ”

“Cute home. Loved the beachy decor. Quite neighborhood. Something’s we’re not cleaned. Stove really needed cleaned. Fan in bedroom was very dusty. Coffee maker was a little messy. Back yard outdoor furniture needs replaced. Front door only shut all the way if locked. Not enough toilet paper. Had to go buy some. Overall would stay here again hoping these things were cleaned up. ”
