“This was a very affordable older beach house within walking distance of the shore. Pros: pet friendly, spacious, plenty of beds, convenient location with easy beach access, has washer and dryer, comfortable deck furniture, picnic table and grill outside, outdoor shower and hose for rinsing dogs and beach toys. “The house was exactly as advertised. Plenty of room for our party of 19. The only thing that was bothersome, was the house echoed and was kinda noisy with a bunch of teenagers. But it was nice and clean and we enjoyed our stay. ”

“This house really is amazing. The view and the access to the beach was perfect. You really are steps away from the beach. You can see your big kids play at the beach without leaving the balcony. We loved it! The only downside was that although the house was stocked with seasonings, they were 3 years past their expiration date and bath soap is not provided. “This was the perfect house for our family. Clean, comfortable and great location (on the bay) with beach across the road. The last day extended family came to hang out and spend the day at the beach and boat ride in the bay. Everyone commented on what a nice house it was with lots of seating places inside and outside where we had a seafood boil and visited. ”

“Good location away from busy traffic areas, easy walk to the beach, and the house was so spiff and clean when we got there. Property manager is quick to respond with communications.”

“Nice little family space for a good price! The interior was nicely decorated and served our family well. The private beach was perfect access for our family to come and go to the beach whenever we wanted. It was away from the tourism but close enough to drive into the fun spots. ”

“Location: We loved that the house is away from the crowds and in a gated community. The kids were able to run around without worry of traffic. Views of the big bridge and the bay are gorgeous. It’s no more than 10mins from beach access and stores like dollar general and gas stations. House: It fit our 4 families great (total of 15, 8 adults and 7 kids ages 4-13)! Each bedroom has its own bathroom plus a half bath by common area. There are tvs in every bedroom and beds and couches are good.……

“Great weekend with the family. Amenities and location was amazing! Cleanliness had some issues from previous tenants. The charcoal grill and dryer could use some love. Other than that amazing location the fenced in yard was perfect for the kids and dogs. Will definitely re book in the future!”
