“I was in New York for a training and was able to meet up with my son who's a student in Queens. We spent the weekend exploring Montauk and several parks, and even saw some seals sunning themselves on the rocks! The apartment had everything we needed including two separate bedrooms with very comfortable beds, and a simple, but functional kitchen. The host was very communicative and even offered several options for grocery shopping and enjoying LI. Wonderful experience!”

“I stayed here with my husband and baby boy while visiting family in the area. The kitchen was great for prepping & cleaning bottles & looked like it had everything you’d need to cook. Water bottles & coffee were a nice touch. Living room TV was awesome, nice to catch up on White Lotus while baby boy slept in his separate room. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“This apartment was a great stay. We wanted to be close to some friends that live in Long Island. The space was perfect for my 9 month old, my husband and myself. In our first night, we had an issue with the toilet and Tammy came to our rescue immediately. Communication with her was so easy and although it was a brief inconvenience, having a super attentive host made a huge difference. She fixed the issue herself!!! “Our stay at the Black Rock Estates was very comfortable. The place was very clean and the communications and services were impeccable. The price was very reasonable as well. I would feel quite comfortable to stay there again. ”

“Although my original plans for the weekend changed I had a wonderful rainy stay. There are definitely a lot of food options in the area to choose from, and the walkability to the beach albeit cold and off-season was very nice. My only downside would be there were a lot of remotes and no clear placement of where which went to, the tv did not have cable(or at the very least I couldn't figure out how to use it), the only real option for air flow was to crack the windows, but otherwise a very nice……

Host suggested several good places to visit/sample, stayed in contact as well including when internet went down for a day. Well-equipped place, including outdoor garden area with gas BBQ and dining area.”
