“Yes, parking on the street was new to us but we didn’t have any problems finding spots. Because the restaurants are within walking distance we didn’t cook at all. Walked to the bodega for a few staple items, snacks, milk, etc.Unique neighborhood vibe and really enjoyed ourselves. ”

“Although my original plans for the weekend changed I had a wonderful rainy stay. There are definitely a lot of food options in the area to choose from, and the walkability to the beach albeit cold and off-season was very nice. My only downside would be there were a lot of remotes and no clear placement of where which went to, the tv did not have cable(or at the very least I couldn't figure out how to use it), the only real option for air flow was to crack the windows, but otherwise a very nice……

“Lovely (very new construction) 1 BR apt with a comfortable sofa bed in LR. FULLY equipped kitchen, plenty of towels/linens, the place was spotless & neutrally decorated. A lot of thought went into making this a welcoming place - even a luggage rack is available! Good location with easy access to grocery stores, LIRR, and restaurants. Danny is a great host!”

“If I could give this booking 6-stars, I would. House is exactly as advertised. Spotlessly clean, rooms are a good size, linens and bedding are luxurious. Ashley was an amazing host. Very responsive, instructions to access the unit were easy to understand. We were there for a running race and she even left us a care package with Gatorade snacks and some post run hot chocolate (it was January)! If we’re back in Patchogue, her listing will definitely be my first choice!”
