“Beautiful home and location, unfortunately many of the selling points were a miss. When we arrived the house was very dirty. Many dead bugs throughout the home, in bathtubs, floors, on the beds. Spider webs everywhere. Mouse feces on the fireplace mantle. Pictures that were hanging on the wall were broken and the pool table was in such poor condition. Both fireplaces did not work as well as the stove/oven. Luckily we had a grill but it was difficult to cook the food we had. A couple of the beds……

“I took the family of 6 to the lake. It was chilly outside but this property was perfect. Plenty of space for us all, each couple had a bathroom. The living room open concept with kitchen was perfect for us being able to enjoy the tv, games, food and beverages together. ”

“House is right off a very busy road. Just across the road you can walk to the beach. Private yard, and fire pit. The mattresses were on the very firm side. The water is hot. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend. ”

“The rental was great for our Christmas family gathering and had everything we needed. However, I recommend notifying renters about the requirement for a four-wheel-drive vehicle in winter with bold lettering. I overlooked this detail, and since my parents do not drive a four-wheel-drive vehicle, it was quite scary for them. Additionally, the hot tub was dated, and half of the jets were not functioning. Overall, the house was nice and accommodated my large family. I would recommend it.”

“We had a great long weekend staying at The Rusty Nail! This house has literally everything you need inside. We enjoyed all the amenities such as the hot tub, sauna, shuffleboard and basketball hoop in the basement. The large common areas made it easy to all visit and be together. The bedroom arrangements were great and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. The home looked like it was just recently painted outside and it looks great! The location is private but also so close to everything.……
