“We stayed at the Sunbird Lodge for 3 nights, and it was very peaceful and quiet. It had two twin beds, a set of bunk beds, small kitchenette, television, air conditioning, desk and chair, as well as outdoor patio. The pool was clean and extremely warm, but refreshing. The outside area was well maintained and staff was always busy keeping it that way. The common area had a bar (honor system) and rooftop patio with comfortable furniture. “Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Mitarbeiter waren alle außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einem Eingangstor zum Krüger Nationalpark und ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt. Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Wasser im Pool machte allerdings keinen guten Eindruck. Der Pool wurde zwar täglich gereinigt, dennoch war das Wasser nicht klar. ”

“We had an amazing stay. The staff were so nice and really helpful throughout our whole stay. They have some really cute dogs as well you can have a play with. Would definitely go back again. ”

“Fantastic size and cleanliness with plenty of supplies (milk, tea, coffee, fruit, cleaning products) provided. Staff would assist with anything uncluding washing up and laundry, so not really "self-catering" if you wish. Note: parys of road can be rough depending on rainfall so I would not use a sedan, but at least a light SUV. ”
