The location is only a few miles from the nearest town, supermarkets and other services. It is well placed for visiting coastal ports such as Wells and Cley-Next-The-Sea and Blakeney. Also country houses and estates such as Sandringham and Holkham. In the next village is the remarkable Holy shrine at Walsingham……

Louise was a fantastic host; great communication, met us on arrival for tour of the house (also very kindly left us nice bottle of wine, crisps and a large carrot cake from the local bakery on the dining table, as well as fresh milk and eggs in the fridge!). “It is a charming Georgian cottage. Very clean. Great location, able to easily walk to Angel Hill, Cathedral and many restaurants - and close to getting onto major roadways. The interior stairs are steep, unable to get our suitcases upstairs. Bathroom is lovely, modern and clean, but could use a floor mat as floor is slippery getting in/out of shower. But overall a lovely property. Thank you!”

“Good for remote hide away but a good 25 minutes to town and gym.”

“We rented for 4 nights for the sole purpose of getting away while work was being done in our house, so it was not a planned holiday. The old cow shed was perfect for a couple, everything you could want was there. It was warm comfortable and well equipped. Despite the snow and rain (early March) we explored Suffolk and had a lovely time. Nice pub in the village and another close by on the main A140.”

“Was based in the area for 5 days so needed a place to cater for my needs and Mrs Dale’s did so absolutely perfectly. It’s a cosy cottage with all the amenities I needed (especially parking!) and is situated in close proximity to major roads. The hosts were very kind and generous with what they have available for guest use. Would definitely stay again if I’m based in the area again ”

Huge comfy leather sofas. Was never bothered by the property owner, but any questions or problem was sorted right away. Hes a genuinly nice man.Would stay again. Couple things to note. Upstairs flooring and stairs very creaky.Could'nt use the oven and 3 hobs at the same time without tripping fuse board. Kitchen……

Noisy Room

"The hotel room can be quite noisy. Between 7:00-8:00 AM, there are noticeable sounds of goods being moved, trash bins being handled, and glass bottles being sorted, which may disturb light sleepers. If you prefer to sleep in past 7 AM, this might not be the best choice. Additionally, the room temperature tends to fluctuate between too cold and too hot, making it challenging to stay comfortable throughout the night."
