“We stayed at Whitley Coach House to spend a few days in the area before attending a wedding in Frome. Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end).
The coach house itself was spacious enough for the three of us, with everything one might need for a few days away. ”

“Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast waitress particularly so. Pool/spa/gym area is smaller than expected and looking tired. Evening meal was disappointing and quality did not match the prices. A strawberry parfait with one small strawberry cut into four alongside a cube of ice cream for £10? Steak was quite small and bland. Peppercorn sauce was very thin/watery. Breakfast was great though. ”

“We had a truly wonderful experience at The Neeld Arms. Mark, the proprietor, was incredibly courteous and an outstanding host throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, he made sure every detail was taken care of.
Dinner was exceptional. We had a delicious chicken burger and a perfectly cooked fish and chips, both served hot and fresh. There was also plenty of fresh bread and butter on the table, which we really appreciated. Everything was full of flavour and clearly made with quality……

“Located in the beautiful Cotswolds lies this accommodation. Run by incredibly friendly people.
Parking was easy. The room we rented was spaciou and well maintained. Especially considering the building is quite old.
It’s not a hotel. You’re staying in somebody’s house. Entering through a side entrance, passing eggs for sale. Having to remove your outdoor shoes when going upstairs. It all adds to the experience of what’s it like living there.
We had a great time and definitely recommend staying……

“It's great character and perfect location.
We returned to the hotel about midnight after taking a relative home after a great meal. Parking over the bridge and walking across the car park in the dark was quite challenging. I did report it and suggested some low level lighting would be helpful even if it were sensor operated. They took note and said it would be brought the Managements attention.
Would be very happy to return and to recommend.”
