“This hotel is very affordable, and very comfortable, convenient and friendly. The beds were very comfortable. The microwave and refrigerator were so helpful since we like to economize by buying food at the supermarket rather than eat in restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned every day. We had plenty of big fluffy towels. Breakfast is not as sumptuous as at some other pricier hotels, but it was perfectly adequate to fill up on--and we LOVED the coffee machine where……

“Really great overall experience on my sleep stopover during a long trip. The room was simple but clean and had everything I needed. The area had some basic amenities while also being surrounded by natural beauty. I was glad for driving the extra 25 minutes to avoid larger cities and chain hotels. “This was my fifth year staying here for my September vacation. Rooms are spotless staff is very attentive. I plan on recording next year if not sooner. “This place is, in the best possible way, a blast from the past! A nice, quaint roadside motel with a mountain vibe! Great views of the Catskills from the small hill where there’s a fire pit and Adirondack chairs for relaxation and lounging. Re-read Rip Van Winkle after a fantastic dinner at Deer Mountain Inn as it got dark looking upon the mountains where the story took place. Picturesque and perfect! Had the entire motel to myself and it was so nice, quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Wonderful……

“The room was very clean and well appointed with a fridge and microwave. Great tv selections for watching tv at night. There's a beautiful stream in the back of the property and you can enjoy coffee, fruit or cereal out on the patio in front of your room. There's a short drive to Prattsville Diner and Jim's All American supermarket. ”
