“Original room booked we were unable to stay in but they accommodated us and moved us to a new room, beds are comfortable, tvs are decent sized, unfortunately no breakfast or pool in the Texas heat but that’s okay. The staff is wonderful and very understanding ”

The TV was giant--too bad it did not work.
Reservations were a huge pain in the arse. An adventure in unnecessary frustration. EXPEDIA inserted themselves in the process obstructing everything. Could not enter my hotel membership card. Could not access the two discounts I had. In the end, when I signed out I was given a receipt with NO AMOUNT on it. How much did it cost me? I think I should dispute it with my credit card……

“Great customer service at bars and restaurants. Walking distance to shopping strip. Room service took about an hour to bring water and clean towels. Carlos bartender was amazing. Charlene at underground has exceptional customer service care. Prices are great. Would stay again”
