“Really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, convenience for groceries (there is a grocery store right across although the prices are high), a shuttle bus that comes every 40 minutes to take you to a transfer point for the Haram. Breakfast could use improvement but the dine-in menu for room service is very good! Overall I was very impressed by the amenities and facilities (gym and a very well build mosque inside). They are extremely welcoming and available to tend to your every need. ”

“Amazing location . Close to haram . Had a kaaba view . Most amazing view . Entrance to hotel difficult. Access to taxi a problem. Have to carry luggage no direct excess . Breakfast ok . Not great, not bad . Bathroom very small . Bedroom very comfortable. ”
