“So my cleaning lady her name was Pat. She was unbelievable. I have Arthritis, and she heard me in pain, and she literally took all my bags down 2 sets of stairs for me. Oh, that's the other thing you guys really need a elevator on both sides and the receptionist when I checked in did not. Give great directions. She said the elevators were that way and we ended up walking around for ten minutes, trying to find it, which got me in a crap load of pain, which that upset me.But the cleaning staff and……

“We had a great stay at the Sandman! We were greeted by Anisha upon arrival & she was lovely, ensuring we were completely satisfied with the room before confirming it for us. We had our dog with us & were grateful to be welcomed with him. As for the building condition, we recognize this is an older hotel so everything isn't shiny & new, but it was clean & nicely painted. No concerns here! I would certainly recommend this pet-friendly facility to anyone travelling to or through Williams Lake, B.C.”
