“This property is in a great location of sea Ranch, close to the Del Mar recreation center and to Gualala.The good: Clean, good water pressure, nice linens, stocked kitchen (nice selection of pots and pans, knives, and utensils) and a lovely bookshelf with books and games. Loved all the labels on everything. Nice large dining room table with an open Ish floor plan. Comfortable living room with ample couch and seating for the whole family. Could be better: the beds could definitely use an upgrade,……

“If you love nature this is the perfect place to be. There are many beaches and trails nearby. My husband and I saw animals during our stay that we don't typically see. Harbors seals, Humpback whale (that sadly was deceased) Turkey Vultures, Scrub jays, Red-shoulder hawk, Black-tailed jack rabbit, Douglas squirrel, Gray fox, Brown pelicans, Osprey, Sheep with even a time they were being hearded across a road into a field, and Black-tailed mule deer.
