“House could use a bit of love especially in the kitchen. Pots and pans scratched Teflon was glad i brought my own. Had a mr coffee, not nespresso as listed. Some of the dishes are chipped. All are easy fixes. Only had 3 forks... management was quick to supply more. Bed super comfortable excellent water pressure for showers. Excellent comfortable couch and large screen tv. Surrounded by trees yet close to beach. We will be back.”

“The house and location were fun. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the house upon arrival. There were cobwebs throughout the house and the fountain next to the hot tub needed attention. There was an empty beer bottle and cigarette butt in the fountain. Overall we had a great time. The house could just use some TLC.”

“We have stayed in multiple places in Sea Ranch over the years. This place was top notch with its location and views. Close to Del Mar center. Right on the walking paths. Beautiful views from every room. Kitchen was great and fully stocked with equipment. Loved the big couch and family room. Only issue were all the beds were queen size. The master mattress was also very firm so I didn’t get the best sleep. But 10/10 everywhere else. ”

“This is the second year in a row we have stayed here for my birthday weekend. We love the sunny deck with beautiful ocean views, the long hiking trail along the coast, the beautiful bathtub in the master suite, and the hot tub under the stars. Pure bliss.”

“This may be the most comfortable house we’ve stayed if. The couch, rocking chairs and beds were just right. The shower was hot and had great water flow. The redwood trees are so lovely and the outside lighting added to the enjoyment after dark. Little charming, thoughtful details were an added bonus, especially the live plants. We plan to come back.”

“Overall, we had a very fun stay. The house is in a great location: close to coast trails and tide pools, beautiful view, close to Gualala. The house itself is functional but could use some updating: one of the beds had broken slats, the dishwasher didn't work (the detergent hatch didn't open, so we ran it with it open, a wheel kept falling off the lower rack), the kitchen counters are dented and warped (water damage), the lighting is dim (especially the kitchen), a dining room window is……
