“The property was described perfectly. We have stayed in many VRBO properties and this was one of the best. Check-in was a breeze. Lots of garage space to store our bikes and gear. Very clean! Supplies for cleaning, laundry and dishwasher were all available. Paper products were plentiful. The view from the deck was awesome. We spent a lot of time there enjoying the view and wonderful weather. The kitchen was functional albeit a bit tight with very little storage space for our pantry items but……

“Very attractive, well-built and comfortable home close to town and I-70. It was also very well-equipped in terms of furnishings and kitchen appliances. The deck is extremely well located with a 1M view toward Mt. Royal out through the aspen grove which wraps around most of the deck. Property managers were easy to work with and followed up on our requests -- such as for trash pick-up (we were there 30 days). Only minor complaints due to lack of any drawers in master BRM for putting clothes……

“The house was as advertised, well maintained, professionally cleaned, smooth check-in and departure. The only disappointment was the condition of the cooking pots, pans, baking sheets and cutting board. We had to purchase new ones from Walmart as the ones provided were worn out and Teflon coating chipped. Not to worry, we left all of it behind. Still rating the house 5 star. ”
