“We checked in about 15 minutes early, room wasn’t ready yet, but they gave us a couple drink vouchers for the bar and held our bags at the desk. The rooftop bar had a fantastic view and we were happy to check it out. Our room also had a wonderful balcony with an amazing view, definitely recommend this hotel and will book there again”

“Hotel was very clean and staff were very respectful and friendly, even the cleaners when you just pass by!! It’s your typical average hotel with no problems to run in to. “We had such a great stay! The space was beautifully decorated, spotless, and very comfortable. The hosts were quick to respond and made everything easy. The neighborhood felt very safe and had plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. It was also super convenient to Oktoberfest, which was the main reason for our trip. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!”

“Stayed here to attend a concert at TQL Stadium. Was very happy with the entire stay. Great location walkable to the stadium and bars/restaurants. “Beautiful hotel in great location. Standard 2 queen room felt more roomy and airy than most hotel rooms. Beds are very comfortable. Staff were polite. "We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In such cold weather, it was still very uncomfortable to bathe. When we checked out, I reported the problem again, but the front desk staff didn’t give me any response. This was truly terrible, I couldn’t even speak for those days because I lost my voice! This was supposed to be a trip we had been looking forward to, and I was also excited to stay at this hotel. But in the end, our trip to Cincinnati was completely ruined by the cold and the illness."
