“I loved my one night stay - truly relaxing - in one of the rooms with bath/shower & loo on a mezzanine above the bed. ~20 minutes awayfrom Scafell and 35 minutes away from the Hardknott Pass, it's location is in dramatic countryside. The bedroom is modern, clean and of a good size. The bed was very comfortable with great linen and pillows. Faith and the team were very welcoming even when I turned up too early. There are a couple of wooden benches in front of the buildings and a hot tub behind.……

“Set in a beautiful village this accomodation stands out withbits exterior decor. Parking is a short walk away and not onsite but this isnt gar and not a problem. We were greeted by a wonderful ladybwhonwas full of smiles, verybfriendly and appeared tonreally enjoy her job. She showed us to our room and left us to unpack. The room was big enougb fornthe 2 of us and had a good sized ensuite shower room. The rooms facilities were excellent. Smart tv, wifif and smart heating as well as a kettle……
