“Beautiful property, incredibly spacious room (Vineyard), welcoming host, expansive breakfast, and immaculate. The bed was a touch firm so a pillow top mattress cover wouldn’t go astray but otherwise hard to find anything wrong here. Definitely recommend!”

“I loved the design and layout of the property. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a separate lounge available for us to relax. Breakfast was a healthy and tasty vegetarian option, which was as much as we wanted. The property is a short walk through the (lively) city park to many eateries, bars, and shops. The marina, boardwalk and nature reserve are all worth a stroll through. ”

“We absolutely loved our stay at the Spirit Lodge! Yvonne is a super hostess and the Lodge is gorgeous. A very unique Bed and Breakfast, with beautiful art, furniture and setting. The view of the lake from the rooms and upper living room is spectacular. Yvonne offered us access to a large jacuzzi, billiards table, fire pit, games and books, everything you might want for a relaxing retreat. On top of all that we had a large a delicious breakfast, which accommodated my dietary restrictions. I……

“An amazing stay, we only stopped a couple nights, but it could have been more! Great suggestions for walking routes with amazing views! Great home cooked breakfasts and dinners! We topped it off with a farm tour just before we left, feeding the cows and goats and seeing the ducks and chickens! Couldn't recommend enough!”
