“Everything was great except the television in our room did not work. There was a message on the screen that read. No registered guest.” When we called about it we were told they have never heard of that. I showed them a photo of the screen when we checked out, and I was told the same thing. The other issue was the water came out SCOLDING hot every time you turned it on, even when in the cold position. It did cool down, but it took a couple of minutes.
