“The Red Rose Inn is a lovely bed and breakfast located in the center of Bardstown. Great location for exploring Abraham Lincoln's birthplace, Churchill Downs, and the beautiful countryside. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was delicious both mornings of our stay. We enjoyed our stay at the Red Rose Inn, and hope to return in the future.”

“Everything was great except the television in our room did not work. There was a message on the screen that read. No registered guest.” When we called about it we were told they have never heard of that. I showed them a photo of the screen when we checked out, and I was told the same thing. The other issue was the water came out SCOLDING hot every time you turned it on, even when in the cold position. It did cool down, but it took a couple of minutes. It was so hot that when I turned the tub……

“The area of the hotel was very quiet and close to a lot of restaurants. My only problem was there was never any staff at the front desk to assist you and also the pool was closed due to maintenance, which would have been nice to know before we checked in. ”
