“It is a bad experience stay in this Ibis hotel, location is not good, and facility in the room is too old, no house-keeping if after 10:00am. Overall no good stay experience this time.”

“Staff is good and helpful. Just only one point to make me very unhappy. I visit Ｈotels.com to look for the room photo and see the room have balcony (it's my main reason why I reservation for this hotel). After check the room is no balcony at room. I'm discuss with front desk and they inform me not every room have balcony and today no any balcony room is available. If you need balcony room, you can pay AUD100 upgrade it. It's looks hotels.com cheat me. If not every room have balcony need……

“At first look I was doubtful, it is an old motel. But the rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable. Staff is super friendly. Quiet. My only complaint was that there was not coffee served in the morning. There was an electric hot water kettle in the room with instant coffee and half and half in the refrigerator which was better than I expected. All in all a good stay. ”

“對於自駕遊嘅旅客．這是一個很好的住宿。15分鐘車程可以找到很多美食。酒店歺廳內有自助早餐，每位收費AUD25,雖然食物選擇不多，只有腸仔。煙肉… 6款熱食，但煙肉做得出色。冇限咖啡菓汁添飲，這個價格很不錯。所選的是三人房，與相片提供間格一樣。房間簡潔，只是因為地毯略為扣分。浴室水壓很好。是在澳洲找到比較好的一所。整體算是尚好，下次會再入住”
